We are absolutely having a blast with our guy. Who knew 9 month olds could be this fun? Josh's personality is in full swing now and we think he's the best. Here's what he's been up to this month!

New skills: Mastering his new skills from last month and we have added pulling up to stand and cruising! He will walk (carefully) holding onto our hands and has taken a few steps with a push-walker. He is speedy speedy crawling now and it's hard to keep up with him! We're getting another tooth (#8!) and are starting (I think) to wave hi and bye bye. He also is starting to realize right away when I leave the room and he comes and finds me. My little shadow! He's also managed to open the kitchen cabinets...time to lock em up!

Measurements: We haven't been for our check-up yet but I think Josh is around 18 lbs and 28.5 inches long. He is in size 2 diapers during the day and 3's at night since he goes so long without a change. We went shopping recently and got him some new clothes in 9-12 month size. 6-9 month pants still fall off him but length wise he's going to be in 9-12 really soon. He's skinny and long just like his look-alike daddy!

Favorite Food: Josh is a champion eater and will try anything he can get his hands on. Lately the favorites have been cauliflower, mango, black beans and avocado. He also really likes those organic food pouches which are just so darn convenient! We are starting 3 "meals" a day this and will probably start giving him bites of chicken soon. He's got so many teeth it won't be long before he can eat a steak! He also loves grabbing his spoon or fork and trying to feed himself. Messy but fun!

Favorite Activities: Crawling! He will still sit and play with his toys some but he'd rather be exploring around the house. We've entered the throwing stage and he loves to throw his toys and then chase after them. He loves to sit and read with me which I love. He really likes books and turning the pages. He's really into peek-a-boo lately and giggles like crazy when we play it. He also likes his piggies going to the market and talking to himself in the mirror. Baby Einstein videos are a lifesaver when mommy is cooking dinner. Baths are also super fun and as always he loves swinging outside!

Best Moments: Pulling up for the first time on his own, his big belly laughs, blowing raspberries on mama's legs (video below), rocking him to sleep at night (soaking in those moments!), our trip to Florida (more on that later!)
