5 weeks: Meeting Pop Pop and packing up

Our big moving day came when Josh was 5 weeks old. I was packing like a lunatic and trying to figure out what needed to go into storage and what needed to come with us to our temporary place (Taylor and Stephanie's house). It was a crazy week to say the least! We had our last doctors appointments (I was cleared from my surgery and Josh had his 1 month checkup) and we said our goodbyes to lots of friends and to our family which was so sad and difficult! Pop Pop (Jon's dad) flew down from Charlotte to help us pack up the truck and drive it back for us. He wasn't able to meet Josh right after he was born so this was the first time they met. It was such a sweet time!
